It is true to the size. The fabric is wonderful. It is soft and very conformable. I didn't expect the fabric to be as soft as it was. But I was happy to see that it was better than my expectation. I already got lots of complements. I am 5 foot one and a 120 pounds. I ordered a medium and probably could have worn a small, but I like my clothes with a little bit of room. I highly recommend this sweater.
